The NVT Marina Experience

NVT MARINA MANAGEMENT brings together a team of experts with over 100 years of combined expertise in facilities management, HR, finance, staffing, marketing, administrative support, and especially boating.

​Two members of our team have lived aboard full-time, one for 22 years, and three different marinas. All team members are avid boaters and collectively have owned at least 75 boats, ranging from dingy to luxury cruisers, both sail and power. You might say we live and breathe boats. 

​By virtue of extensive cruising on the east coast, as well as in the Great Lakes and the Bahamas, we understand what makes a successful, well-run marina. To properly manage a marina, you have to really know boating, and we do.
